DELIVERY & COLLECTION
Fees will be charged to the client for any delivery or collection of equipment. This fee will vary depending upon distance travelled from the hire company’s premises. Delivery is a minimum charge of $50 with each kilometre over 50km to be charged at a $1 per km. Collection is to be charged the same amount as delivery. This fee may be subject to change should the client change venues or location.

SELF PICKUP & DROP OFF
A handling fee will be charged for self pick up and drop offs. The handling fee is 5% of your total hire cost. In regards to self pick up and drop off times you may specify a preferred time for pick up or drop off however this is subject to change and a time frame will be confirmed with you within the week before your pickup. If you have a weekend hire pick up will be on the Friday prior to your event between 9-1 and drop off will be on the Monday following your event between 9-1 unless otherwise arranged.

TRAILER HIRE
Trailer hire will be charged at $50 per 24 hours. There is a $100 bond that is required when the trailer is hired separate to the security bond for the equipment. Trailer will be inspected before it is taken and any existing damage will be made aware to the client. Trailer will also be inspected upon return. If any damage has occurred we will not refund the $100 bond.
